We want you to love your Fynds order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at u919366818@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
